Leaf Electric was founded by Mark Brown, a lifelong resident of Omaha and a licensed contractor electrician since 1995. Mark earned his Class A contractor’s license and Omaha Class A license (held since 2003), as well as a general contractor license, which enables him to work on both electrical systems and full residential construction projects.
Before starting Leaf Electric, Mark co-owned and served as President of MJ Electric Corporation for 12 years. During that time, he wired homes across Omaha neighborhoods like Dundee, Aksarben Village, and Millard, while also building relationships with local inspectors and real estate professionals. This strong network and in-depth local knowledge allow Leaf Electric to deliver electrical solutions that are not only safe but tailored to Omaha’s housing market.
