Leaf Electric is a full service electric company with expertise in residential wiring, inspection repair and installation. We wire many types of homes, with an emphasis on energy star homes.  

 

   I became a licensed journeyman electrician in 1995 working in Omaha. After going to college, I decided that owning an electric company was the direction I wanted to pursue. I acquired my Class A contractors license and decided to start a business.  I was President and co-owner of MJ Electric for 12 years.  During this time I also passed Omaha's Class B general contractor exam for home builders. This has given me knowledge to not only install new wiring to todays codes, but also to troubleshoot problems in existing houses. 

 

   My experience in Omaha has given me the opportunity to meet many key people such as electrical inpsectors, real estate agents, homeowners, and other professionals in the industry.
